Group Manifesto

Grupo de Mar was born from the meeting of sea, wind, architecture and time. We believe the coast calls for a different measure: less haste, less excess, more permanence.

That is why every development begins with reading the territory and only then the project. It blends into the landscape with intention, silence and respect.

A single gesture gave rise to a movement. Each new project expands the same territory of opportunity, without giving up the essence that sustains the brand.

Between preserved beaches, constant wind and living culture, Icaraizinho de Amontada reveals the Ceará coast at its most authentic pace.

We chose Icaraizinho for its natural beauty, the singular energy of the place, and because it is a newly discovered, expanding destination.

Each project is born with architecture integrated into the landscape, hospitality and experiences that preserve the essence of the wind and local culture.
